If you darkened the floor tiles it would look lots better. It lacks that depth right now.

 It's good.
too shiny though, you would find it noisy in a game.
Need to make the floor and wall have different amounts of shine
to fix that.

Nice! 32x32 tiles? wow wouldn't have thought that such big tiles could look so sweet. Damn now I'm really in the mood to play one of those old RPG's

hahaha that little skull is uber neat. I'm not sure i would have called this a dungeon though, i always picturedungeons as being a bit darker than this.
