The colors are all very bright, but I like that because it's different.

Would be awesome if the rest of the grass and dirt looked like the bits by the trees and cave. but then the cartoony style of the rest wouldn't really fit. So perhaps it would be best to reduce the detail in those areas.

Great balance of detail and empty space! I would desaturate the yellow path. If it were more neutral it could serve as a buffer between the colorful houses (esp the roofs). It would also fade back a little instead of competing for attention with the other parts of the image.

at the first glance it looks a bit simply, because of the house roofs and colors. but at the second glance i see all the detail. i like the house with glasses on it, and the dirt in front of one house and on the way before the cave and the detail below the trees... very good job ^^

This is pretty nice. My only real critique would be that you copy/pasted a little too much, but I guess it's because of the surprise due date ;)

Great colour choices too, although some elements almost seem to 'float' on the light green bg.
