Damn, you've really knocked it out of the park with this collection. The beautiful textures, colors and expressive characters are amazing. Love the excellent work on the goat's horns and the yeti's fur.

I was thinking the same thing, but figured to hell with it, they're bipedal now.
So I'll categorize them in the "mutant animals" subclass of monsters, just to get out of being creative.

These are absolutly amazing. Cute and colorful. Each and every one, especially the diver. Don't quite know why, but it is my favorite. I do however think that a few of them lacks monsteruos qualities. The ram, owl and alligator are kinda too normal if you know what I mean? They need some extra eyes or limbs or wings or something. They are still great though.

@ Frankie:  Well,  "Terrifying Cryptid/Monster/MythologicalCreature/Alien/Mutant" seemed too long a title : P   And we don't all have mad animation skillz, bastardo.  It couldn't hurt to work on my nonexistent animation skills, but I'm not sure that I've got the attention span.

@ ElectroNico:  The three-eyed one was the first made, after him I decided to make more.  One of the few truly original ones, good pick.

@ Sakura:  Oh, they're all cute at the moment.  That's how they lure in young children.

@ Zi:  The owl and the ram are two of my favorites, probably because they're more accurate due to googled references.  The owl reminded me of some quaint little trinket you'd find in Grandma's house.  The croc was originally more detailed, but he didn't quite fit with the others.  It took a while until I was content with him, and he still stands out a bit in my eye.

@ BlackDragon:  I had the same thought while making the diver.  He reminded me of some side-scrolling action/rpg character.

@ Sapphire:  See 1up's post: he sums it up quite well.  Need more proof?

@ MashedTater:  He seems to be well-loved.  That kraken sneaks into my art every now and then.

@ Wolverine:  I had to google Octopunch.  Neat guy, those bastards must've traversed time to steal my idea.  My roommate actually proposed a guy with a diving helmet, and I decided he needed tentacles.

Cus i'm an ass, here's the order of my fav to last; Diver, Unicorn, Croc, Goatthing, Squid, Robot, Satyr, Elephant, Yeti? and the rest... why did i do that? I'm bored n you may find it interesting i dunno.
I love these, some could do with minor touchups, but that should be covered over on pixelation.

Anyways these all look great.  I find the face of the sasquatch looking thing amusing.  His beard is cool.

Their body shapes look like they've been modeled from the monsters in 'Where the wild things are.' Really nice diversity and colours. I want one.
