Not bad but it seems kinda flat. I think you should practice placing shadows. Use shadows to show what parts stick out more. Heres my take:

Using dithering just to soften a line between two colors, is not the purpose. You should use it either to give the illusion of extra colors, or to give texture. The 2px wide dithering pattern between just  gives it a papery look. You may want to practice with smaller pieces(not as small as mine though). I can tell you tried ptoings style.
