Something went crazy with this file and we were unable to remove it from the challenge.
I think the only solution is to delete the file altogether and have you resubmit as a new piece.
Let's wait till after the server move this weekend, just in case its some kind of bug related issue.

Well yeah you are annoying me now. I've already explained this to you and I don't mind it not being a part of the challenge but you should whine to someone in charge instead if you want it removed.

the deadline is over. In my honest opinion, its unfair that you're in the challenge without having an animated piece while the rest of the people who joined do took its time to make one. not arguing that you were lazy, yet its more like a matter of... honor? that you're in the challenge with a half-finished piece.

sorry if at any point I sound annoying, but I do tend to be very strict to these subjects.

yep, something that goes in the WIP section in the forums, not in the gallery, as far as I know.

I would just say that it doesn't feel or look like an sprite. to me. more like there is no real division between it being a static object in the background that something in another plane. that's why i said that maybe, animation will make this division more clear. in any case, this is some kind of unwritten rule about what is and what's not an sprite. just take it as what it is: my personal opinon.

Animation: required; must be an attack, idle, walking, or death animation

yet one of the challenge rules has not been fullfilled.

It's WIP. The sprite (no idea why you think it's not a sprite) is in idle stance in this picture.

I don't believe this really follows the challenge rules at this point, as there is no representation of the reference piece of art as a sprite, and its more like a pixel reinterpretation of the original.
"Pick a famous sculpture or painting and bring it to life by transforming it into an enemy or hero sprite"

i guess that the animation will be the keyfactor in order to turn this into a sprite.
