Hi! The color from the preview image fits better. The pixel you were inspired by is much more simpler style and colorwise also. That's why I think you should drop the blue thing.

nice faces and shadows? but they look little creepy... like they are zombies on the preview and drown on the full view...

Preview colours look good, but I can't say the blue version works for me.
