The head is nice, but isnt 16 colors a bit much? I guess you could have done the same with 10

Sorry for the late reply. I kinda see what you mean. I think the hair stays as it is, at least for now. But, I've tried to make a version with smaller eyes: http://i208.photobucket.com/albums/bb184/plutoking/portrait-3.png

Sorry, I phail at humor. I meant anime-itis. Like, he's shaded realistically, so you expect "normal" anatomy, but then bam, big anime eyes and spiky anime hair. That's all I was saying. Sorry for being unclear. EDIT: Also, I just pulled it into Photoshop and noticed he's got a few transparent pixels in the whites of his eyes; might look peculiar with certain themes.

I really like the colors! Unfortunately some of the anatomy is a ways off, especially in the eyes. Suffering from a bad case of animeitis I'd say.
