I would also keep a visual balance as well.
the + should be shortened by 1 px
the division and the _ one too

I agree with the others the X is not working.

I agree with Larwick, make the X button a little bulkier. Other than that the buttons are well done.

Nice lil buttons. :)
You need to bulk up the X button because the diagonal pixels don't properly connect and so a single line gives a weaker colour than the horizontal or vertical ones. AA should work there.
The %'s dots are too close to the line, maybe too small.
