shinkuuuuuuuuuuu...hadokenn!!

I used two blacks because I didn't know I used two blacks. His cap is not outlined because their hair is not outlined. Just wanted to stick with that theme I guess. PLus it made the hat very cramped.
And it's not supposed to follow the RCR style to a T. I want the characters to be a little more expressive in their movements. So some of their animations don't fit the old style. Going through all the different Technos sprites, I noticed they got kind of lazy and recycled some of the same stuff over and over. I also colored some of their eyes instead of just having black eyes.

I noticed you used two different but hardly distinguishable blacks in your sprites.  Why?

There are some detail like the unoutlined cap or the brown hair that clashes a bit with the original RCR style. Some of your color choices and the anatomy here and there also do this.
