I like the mountains, and grass.. The lightning is pretty cool too. The fire coming out of the dragons mouth is not matching the style of the rest of the image, just like the others said. I think you should do something with the left side of the sky, its to empty.

Yeah that red really stands out! Which might have been what you were going for, but it's a tad distracting!

I like the idea of this image (even if it's commonplace) ... some really good dithering.  It is kind of hard to separate all the elements though and the cave entrance feels like it's sitting on the top of that line .. it just looks odd is all!

The red at the top-middle is too saturated. But I guess it depends on what it is.
