Well at least that makes one of us. 
The colors and the way they are used in shading make it look flat, the sword is blinding, and the anatomy is way off. The rock thing is the best part of this piece, though it could look better without the black outline. Read some tutorials and try again.
P.S. Having the first comment on your piece is usually not a good idea, especially if you're praising yourself.
