Although I generally love dithering, I don't think it's really working out on this pic. The heavy dithering on her skin makes it look like she just has really unclean skin. But maybe it's just all the single pixels? I love the lips though :-)

Maybe try to add some folds to her bathing suit, I like her pose, except her legs kind of look like they arn't attached to her body.
