The piece looks ok, but it's a bit flat... If you would look at a real bus you would see that the lights are not flat on the grille and that the windows are not in line with the side of the bus, but they are a bit more inward... And I would use a light source to make the lighter and darker spots on your piece, and with that it's nice to add a drop shadow next time
Great work, you should send this (maybe a bit smaller) to the people @ Simutrans. Although they might require a perfect 45 degree angle to be able to incorporate it easily into their game.
