The woman's face could have an even greater expression of fear if her mouth was open and her eyebrows were slanted downwards ( /. .\ like this but less tilted, though)... Some of the birds in the background don't look quite right, too. The road and grass has no shading at all, which makes it seem unfinished.
Otherwise, te shading for the woman is quite good. Well done!
I like to say the title of this out loud in a NY accent.
