Ah, Golgo 13, I remember it as FBI Agent or something. Had some of great cutscenes. Some parts remind of Rolling Thunder. As for first person mazes - Platoon had very interesting second level in that style, also it had simply awesome intro. When I looked at your pic for the first time, quite obviously Syndicate came to mind (cyberpunk=Syndicate), then I looked closely and some racing elements became visible.
I think I'll add some animation soon. When I think about genre I remember NES game "The Mafat Conspiracy" wich had really strong story for that time with cool cutscenes. Its genre was mix with classic side shooter, car chases, mazes with first person view and even sniper simulator (my favourite part )
Cyberpunk feel is done clear here. Maybe some basic animation (with some elements of picture switching on and off) would be interesting. What genre this game would be?
