I think it suffers composition-wise. My eyes were immediately dragged to the bottom left of the canvas, on her knee/calf. This isn't such a good thing, because it stretches ridiculously in the frames AND the foot doesn't move for half the frames. Not to mention the loss of the highlight shade and some of the odd lighting... all in all, not a good place for the eye to be directed to.
I'm not sure how I'd got about fixing it, though. By no means am I a master of composition, you'd have to ask... iono, one of the art smarties for that.
(Looking at it, I'd probably try turn it into a hop - float - slash. Wouldn't be much work, would fix the stretching legs issue)
Smooth animation, could definitely be polished quite a bit if you were looking to have it "finished"
the volumes stay pretty consistent for the angle, the only thing is that the way the legs are shaded, they switch from right in back left in front to left in front right in back (which adds length to the thighs).
I agree there is a little problem with her right leg . and also i know it could be difficult to see ( without background and foes ) but this is some kind of 3d iso view .
First, her face is tilted down more in the first frame, so it can't fit as much detail as the other frames. Second, she's a cat, so her feet are quite long. I'm pretty sure she stays in perfect proportion and detail throughout the animation. I do agree that it would look better with the animation looping, though. (This was aimed at Nora, Gil, and Metaru.)
It would be better if the animation was ended properly. I must say I like your previous ones better, but this one is really nice too. I agree with Gil about the growing part.
I feel a bit odd seeing that first two frames lack a proper face, while the rest of the attack has a very detailed one, plus the trail of the claw during the attack doesn't look convincent to me too. however, you made it again, and just the well executed physics of the clothing and hair post attack deserves all the credit i could give to you.
(and by the way, try to give us a bit more info about your pieces... just to know a bit more about your work)
