Very awesome! 
But only one problem on close inspection: the shadow of her cleavage at the bottom doesnt line up with the the little cleavage line at the top of her boobs. If you skewed that point of the bottom shadow a little to the right, that would fix it.

I like the KOF portrait style. However, I've NEVER been a fan of the anime style. Must be me, but she has a HUGE body, in comparison to her tiny head. Is this intentional? Not to mention, the position her head is in, is extremely unnatural, the way it tilts the opposite direction. I guess, for me, it's more anatomically incorrect, even for an anime-ish type character. And yeah, bigger pieces are harder to control, pixel-wise. I do like the hands, and the way you made the dress look, though.

I like it as is. The beauty of pixel art is some intentional crude spots can be just what makes the final picture nice. Making something that blends perfectly is difficult but not always the desired result. If it's antialiased too much, you can no longer distinguish the pixels and it wouldn't be pixel art. Just because a piece is drawn pixel-by-pixel doesn't make it pixel art. Good job on this one.

I like the lighting and the lines, but it desperately needs some anti aliasing in places.

I still love the mechanics of this piece although its 2 years and aging. I would love to see you fill in the rest of her arms at least, I see a hand beconing for fancy shmancy finger nails.Keywords
