The light source looks somewhat inconsistent. His right arm looks particularly flat. Avoid placing similar colours next to eachother so much, try anti-aliasing or selective outlining. It could also benefit from upping the contrast, some of the colours are invisibly similar (eg. the hair and shirt creases).

On a positive note, I enjoy the simple expression, especially the bored looking mouth and eyes.
