Cool :) You did a good job on the cell, but i think the animation of the man could have been a bit smother, maybe a little slower too. But thats just my opinion, i dont know so much about pixel art :P
Great idea, albiet morbid, but I like it. My only crit is that you could have redrawn the chair on the ground instead of just copying the other one. He's got a pretty nice dining set for being in prison.
