I don't see much semblance,

i think the big issue here is the chin and jaw? (*is a big colin firth fan).

still, the pixelwork is nicely handled.

I don't think it's an exact likeness ... but I think were I not told who it was and had to guess I very likely might have come up with Colin Firth! So good job!

The shading under the nose is a little awkward ...
