BlackDragons edit might be really helpful in terms of lighting, and most of the colors. It looks a bit flat, but I guess it's how Bisque does it too. The only bad thing about it is the blue paper in my opininion. I recommend something closer to your own concept:

How is this way too small. Some of the the rips you posted are smaller than this

Just gonna list some points:

Pay close attention to the AA and color values. Bisque generally does not have extremely dark selout values but rather shows some color. She selouts her whites in blue, instead of the brown you used. I shaved the pixels off of the lip to make it appear more smooth. She cell shades, which you did not do.  As a general rule, do not outline things "in" the outlines. On the colors themselves, Bisque uses lighter, greens with a hint of yellow. Use sufficient contrast especially in your AA. Make sure it is as close as a midtone as you can.
