Agreed, super cool style. Would be nice with an animation here, clouds slowly passing in the background and the little flag waving in the wind. It would be nice as a game background.

I tried to give a different look to the grass and the sky.. I had to discard the trees as well from the reference image..My effort was to create using minimum colors..

Yeah, link to ref please.  This style is so damn ballin', though.  Like a cel shaded videogame or something.

I like the detail, but as Bloo said the grass looks a bit strange

I don't quite like the gradient-like effect on the grass...... also, you should put a link to your reference.
