Okay, thanks for the crits. I will shorten his right arm and move the text to the right side in a stacked fashion, hopefully this helps out readability.

His right arm is way too long. The text is hard to read.

It's nearly impossible to discern "got" without zooming in. I advise you to move the text off of the waiter, so it can be read easier.
