Very nice! I think the palette is quite lovely, you've made good use of the colours. Palettes are one of (one of, mind you) my stumbling blocks. I should do something about that, if I knew what to do.
I think the limbs could do with being less strictly diagonal, and that the left (our left) foot could move close to the body. The image is obviously stylized however, so I could hardly fault things like that. I merely mention it as a matter of personal aesthetics.
