My attempt at the depth of field challenge. I was unable to pull off the effects I wanted in the time I had, but it does have a bit of depth. I wanted to change focus from the cheese, to the mouse, and finally to the cat, but had a ton of trouble getting it to look decent. I may come back and try it later when I'm not getting hammered at work, just for fun. WIP gif:
