The ultimate drink for any great leap forwards! i don't know if this is considered cheating but i went for a design rather than an artwork... yes it does not look like a pixel art piece.. i apologise if i made any chinese people angry. yea i drew my own chinese words.. i'm chinese..

NPA? Where? There's only 2 colours on this piece and, while it seems very simplistic, there's something to be said for design.

How is it NPA? The text on the preview pic was obviously scrawled and could be considered oekaki I guess, but the piece itself seems fine. It's very simple, sure, but there are a lot of very simple pieces on PJ. I don't get it. Seems like a pretty lousy attitude for a mod at any rate :/
