was this the piece that was giving you problems? anyway, if you're trying to make an isometric piece, you should be aware of something as complicated as the wheels(and iso circles in general), also most of your lines do not make any sense (like, for example, the windshield), there's some missing pixels at the back of the truck, and the fact that you used semi-transparent layers for the light effect(wich are forbidden on the site, and on pixelart in general)
I would recomend you, if reallly interested, to check some tutorials from the many spread across the internet, check and learn the basics and post a wip in the wip forums when you're not sure or have doubts about your progress. people will surely be glad to help you as much as they can.
