Interesting effect, but kind of strange.

This looks rather half finished... I can appreciate the posterized look, but you've only got that style on his skin. The robe is much lower contrast. If the left side of his face is so deep in shadow, why is the left side of his robe not in shadow? Why is the lightsaber not visible as a light source in your picture?

I think this has a lot of potential, but it looks more half finished than stylized right now. I'd get rid of the dark outline too...

looks flashback styled. I like that game, but I could never beat the first level.

 I for one like the style you used, especially on Yoda's face.

there not black the contrast is just high so it looks like it, i didnt dither because it wasnt the style i was looking to create, but as i see Faktablad is the only one who got it i might try dithering it lol thatnks 4 all the CnC

 Meh, not enough shading, or at least use some dithering, and the lines on the head are black... Eeew.

 even though you didn't use a lot of colors, your still missing some folds, also there is a white pixel in his right arm

you should also dither this and it would look way better :D

Don't get hung up on transparency as a "color".   Think of it as a presentation device like a frame.  If you are going to skip creating a bg, transparency helps it look cleaner.

transparency even though it isnt a coulour if i save it iwth transparency it would give it 9 colours, and as the lightsaber uses white inside white was the best bg i could use

You can extend the eight colors a lot further if you use some dithering. It'll help give it less of a flat feel.  Also... what's up with the white bg? 

Pretty neat, minimalist style here.  I like it, but isn't he a bit tall?
