indeed. the bakcground looks like a terrible resize of the Super Mario World backgrounds. not to mention the JPEGness all around the piece, the resize of the head of the mushroom as a parachute, and the fact that this has 173 colors makes it a huge no.

Looks as if you've saved as a jpeg, and that background is from SNES Super Mario Bros.

Remake the bg, and save in the apropriate format, gif, or png
