I was inspired by Paul Robertson he has a bunch of Cephalopods in his animation shorts so I decided to add one on top of this lil dudes head.

Above is a link to Paul's work I wasn't trying to emulate his style at all just was inspired to animate after watching all of his videos.

I think the animation is pretty good, the one problem is the color. Maybe if you added some highlights and us white for the swoosh, then you'll have something that will look nice. Good work
