It is nice, but it looks a bit NPA to me in places. Also the palette is deffo not hand made, you have at least 8 colors that have almost identical counterparts.
I take it that this is Pain's bad influence on you, since all your other pieces are straight pixelling.
If you want to do color reductions, at least optimize the piece in the end.

The arch in the sky and the arch in the ground blend into each other ... it looks like there's a wall or something. When I focused a bit it didn't look like that, but it confused my eye at first.

Aside from that I like the detail.
