Why does only one side of the lamp shine? Ok, now for the C&C:
Stop dithering that much! 90% of the time things look better without dithering. I think there is a bit too much contrast with the outline of the roof and the rest of it. Also I would place the moon on a different spot, it looks like a part of the clouds now.
However, you shaped those clouds really nice! Continue like this and you will be fine ;), and don't forget you don't need to dither everything!
Impressive. I'm going to upload my first pixel art in the next week or so and I don't think it's going to be nearly as impressive as this. Some things in this work still doesn't look right, but unfortunately I do not have the knowledge to tell you what it is. For a first attempt I think it's great. I hope that you get some experienced people leaving good constructive comments.
