did a quick edit for you for childliness, http://xs127.xs.to/xs127/08211/edit182.png, basically rounder is younger, and the lower the lines on the face point also the younger (so like the eye, the eyebrow, etc don't slant up as in yours).
also, it wouldnt hurt to put the princess higher. she's already the passive player by size, expression and color, so you won't sacrifice that for positioning.
also, excellent work, as usual.
from the preview though, i must admit i was hoping for two boys.

@greenraven: Nope, he's actually twelve in human years. For most of that time, though, he wasn't even humanoid until the story begins. Let's say that he's standing on top of a box to reach up and squish his forehead into hers.
