Is this a sprite edit of an existing Neo Geo pocket fighter game? If it is, or any other type of edit, it won't be allowed here, just to let you know. Also, this won't get accepted unless that white background is removed. You can use iaza.com to transparify the white background, if you don't have a substantial program to do it at the moment.
