It's something between attack and stand position, character not a pro fighter so his punch looks weird

As far as I can see this is supossed to be an attack animation.

Hey, I made a small example animation:

Since when do you just push forward and move your hand out to punch something?
Seems he has no power, you need him pulling his arm back and then putting his weight into his punch.
