Thank you for your answers! Haven't been before to sites you mentioned, but had no problems accessing them.
In return it's a bit hard to say what happens to pixelart in the West - judging by PixelJoint and several independent (mostly freeware) game websites (as tigsource.com), it is good as we have variety of styles and quality of pixelart is high as never before. But if these websites gather ALL from around the world, then maybe it is not so much.
@A.B.Lazer: 1.Yes,of course. It's very tired to dot.... 2.No. I'm an ordinary college student. 3.Pixel art is declining in Japan.So such site is few.

@Adarias:I designed all of these.
Hello, great drawings! I'll ask some questions that instantly appeared in my head as I looked through your gallery and visited your blog:
1. Do you anti-alias completely by hand or use some automated tools too? (Automated tools with unpredictable results such as smudge are not allowed at PJ to give everybody the same starting points.)
2. Do you draw professionaly?
3. Here we are having not much info about pixelart scene in Japan. In the West in 80's and 90's pixel artists been centered in demoscene and demo-parties, and at current time it centered around such sites as this one and Pixelation. Are there similar sites in Japan? I don't mean oekaki, but pixelart.
And welcome to PixelJoint!
the colors are just aaaaaaaaagh, sooooo beautiful!
