There is not a single pixel of selout in this pic, get your terms right. What you have is plain old AA

i have to try that, there would be no outline, just selout but it looks good yeah. it would also make the text visible.
only thing is that it doesn't look too nice with the box around it :P thanks for the tip.

I love the dithering... five colors with transparency and outline. In fact, I think if you replaced the transparency with black, it would give a good effect of sort of 'popping' the skull, as well as cutting colors.
