This is basically me cappin' on Michelangelo. I wanted to see what I could do with a basic 4 color pallet. Kind of a bizarre joke. I turned Adam into a character I made, Lennus Scott. And I also have this kind of heart thing hooked up to a machine. This is a detail from an unfinished collage I was working on, but I like this part best. I was practicing fewer colors because I usually like to blend like a mother.

I dunno I think there's some highlights on his leg, face and chest. Maybe if I went in with pure white I could lighten them up.

Tomic: Come on, there's only so many ways you can write preview on your image. Tremulant doesn't have very creative previews either, so it's silly to mention that it's "inspired".

King of Games: Why does your image look dark and even flatter? The original had some highlighting at least.

yepp, preview thumb is only 'heavily heavily inspired' (no, i dont buy the 'i dont even know who that is'). big difference. still i didn't wanna start a debate on this little detail, just couldn't let that stay unmentioned.

Tomic: Wtf are you talking about? The preview image is not the same as Tremulant's. Before accusing people, look your stuff up.

Tremulant is an artist at this site, you should check him out regardless, his art's quite good.
The lines are good, but with this restrictive palette it seems you've been a bit too ambitious perhaps, tomic draws a good point in that this piece doesn't read as well as it should, reworking it to achieve better depth and clarity would be very beneficial, imo. I also think that you might fare better with a darker dark grey.

what botheres me most is that you used tremulants preview thumb look. especially as this piece does by far not reach tremulants level - both artistically (the whole thing looks far too rough and undefined) and linguistically (a typo in 'preview'!?)
