Bah, so I went surfing around and found this website. Decided to see how its like. 13 colors -- + white for the outline thing and transparency. Many more to come, DJPieSlice ~~---~~ Edit: You mean like this? Edit2: Ok I hammered down the colors to 10 . . .

Mate, for a piece of this size, 5-6 colors are enough in my opinion.

Yeah, but really, if you zoom in on the baby's skin, you'll see that the 'skin mess' is really just re-using the colors of the drinking bottle and the a few shades from his clothes . . . but I'll see if I can downgrade the colors.

not really, you're using way too many colors for such an small piece, making the readbility of the charcater almost zero. refine your shapes, make simpler shades, and try to not overdone it with unnecesary details.

the baby's clothes outline has nice contrast compared to the shading colors, but everthing else has much less contrast, making it hard to tell what it is
