I like the dragon, but there's too much high-contrast dithering for such a small piece. Also, it's not really clear where the light is coming from. You have highlights on the side facing us, but the sun is in the background and would drown out anything else since it's much stronger than other light sources. You would also have a shadow cast by the dragon towards us, and there are a few colors that are too similar to tell apart in the clouds.
