Again, the lines and colors need a bit cleaning up - the black especially is very jaggy. Also I don't really get 'happy' from this. The way his eye lids are angled when he blinks makes him look angry, and a smile as wide as that would require a rounder cheek with a highlight. It reads more as evil than happy
