Yeah, the arms seem a bit short. The left one, especially. The left arm bothers me. It seems like the elbow is missing. Well, actually the whole lower arm. Overall though, this piece is really cool. The shading is real nice.

Alternatively, you could've made him standing in tall grass. Liefeld has a bunch of tricks like that.
