Based on the wyvern drakes of Elysian Fields. I was aiming for a much more delicate feel to this one than the other two dragons and I feel I achieved it. :)

It's a nice start, but I think your dragons, and this one in particular, could use a bit more contrast. If you're going to use an outline for something this small, I think it would be easier to lower the color count a bit, maybe 3 + outline would be enough here, so that you only have to worry about the shadows and highlights. I don't think dithering is necessary on something this small, either, maybe except for scattered patches of higher contrast dithering to give the impression of scales. I also think the hands would look better if they were bigger so you could clearly see it hold the orb. I also think it would be best to use outlines consistently, and brightening them a bit where you can (like when they're surrounded by bright shades).
