Metaru: nope, she shouldn't link to the base page since it's written clearly for everyone to see in the rules that you should link to the homepage:
"Link back to www.kawaiihannah.com" So, link to the main page and if you want, say the base name so people might find it quicker.
108 colours for this piece is a little too many colours even for dollers ;) But I'm guessing you're going after a more smooth look? Almost tool shaded?
Anyway, great work. (And great design even though it's your friends/Menewsha's :P ) Nicely shaded and put together. I'm sure your friend will like her :)

Oh about the colour - don't really have a choice on limiting it because I make them look similar to their avatars ^^; If it was something different, it wouldn't have that many colours unless it was super huge desktop size xD

and well, since your work here is the dress, hair and accesories, I would say I like 'em. I see a good use of shading and stuff, and details were well placed to avoid making the desing too overdone or messed with random specs. the only drawback i see on this piece is the lack of a defined -and somehow messed- ligthsoruce, with your stuff having a diferent shading than the base itself(wich has a subtle pillowshadow over the face).

from a pixel art technical point of view, 108 colors for a piece of this size is way too many colors wasted, but I doubt that in dolling such thing is a problem :/
