The legs were a stylistic choice. This guy was supposed to be short, have big arms, and look a little hunchbacked. I guess you could even say he's an exxagerated gorilla type. But anyway, it may be a bad choice but I'm not willing to work on this anymore.

Not sure what you could do about the hands, I'd be tempted to put 4 pixel squares with the bright orange and then play around from there...
