This is a popular view of Mount Everest. There are numerous pictures on google that I used as a reference for this. It took roughly 2 months to dither and all... x.x

I prefer to randomly dither in a way instead of worrying about getting everything mathematically perfect.

This doesn't look like pixel art, it looks like you just color-limeted the original image. If this is real, then you are an amazing pixel artist.
