The "dark theme" he's referring to is the different skins available on PixelJoint.
The site's background color isn't white for everybody.

I always use lidocaine in my lab and I wanted to personify it ,so I've never think it's a dark theme...

I will also request a yellow or proper BG so the AA does not appear so glaring.

looks pretty bad on a dark theme ... the AA I mean ... it's very hard to make out!
