Didn't liked proportions (big hands and breast, very thin legs) and face, but yes, overall looks nice anyway.

This looks really good. The face looks good, but if you want it more like your reference, the biggest thing is the eyes. They could be bigger. As long as we're talking about size, I feel like the breasts are ridiculously big. Maybe that's the style, but my god, she would fall over. A little shading inside the skirt wouldn't be amiss, either. But overall it looks really nice.
