This looks great. The blob (dirty clothes?) on the floor doesn't read very well. The person looks good. The little bit of dithering you did is fine (I think it's silly to say that dithering is out of place in iso work. Isometric is a projection, not a specific style of pixel art, even though a certain style is very common in iso. A difference of opinions...).
I can't delete old Small image.... Metaru, you written, that it looks lke a MSpaint behvior....... One problem - I work always and only in MSpaint xD It's my first "good" work, so please for tolerance.... ;)
it appears that a bad GIF compresion has been fooling you. looks like a MSpaint behaivor, i i'llasume that you saved the preview as a GIF format in MSPaint. do avoid that and better use PNG for all purposes.
The massive amount of colors you have used is a problem too. in pixel art we tend to use the minimun amount of colors posible based on recicle colors with a small diference in terms of contrastal or hue -this is something that has to do with the technical aspects of pixel art itself-. in your case, you have over 92 colors, most of them are basically the same color but with a minimun diference in contrast repeated 4 or 5 times. dont pick a new color every time for every time you need a new tone, use them wisely and see that putting many shades or gradients doesnt not make your image smoother, yet it makes it blurry. also, how about removing the white bg and put a transparent one there? you could use www.iaza.com if you lack a propper software to do that.
What the heck are you doing to your previews? They always have a bunch of weird dihering...
In other news, this looks pretty good. I would try to stay away from dithering in iso pieces, it looks kinda out of place. Focus more on where light would cast the shadows, then draw them with straight lines.
