It looks alot like Paul Robertson's work.

I have some suggestions to improve on this;
The extended arm is extremely skinny, put some meat on them bones
The mouth looks like it's too far to the right
Might look good with an ear, lol
I feel like the bikini needs another shade on it to match the shading of the rest of the piece
Also, I don't think that the top right pixel on the sock is necessary

Other than that, great work!
